Postage and packaging costs for small items will be added at check out. P&P for each item is individually priced. Small items refer to clothes, shoes, picture frames, vinyl, silver gifts, small kitchen items e.g hand blenders, cutlery, pots and pans.
Large and fragile items
For all large and fragile items we will contact you with delivery arrangements and costs. Large items include furniture, large pictures, TVs, suitcases, large kitchen ware e.g oven, fridges. Fragile items include glassware, some types of pictures.

For items listed as on request require a special quotation for shipping, please contact us for us more info on the shipping for these items.
Collection from our shop
Unless otherwise stated, all items can be collected from our shop at 79 Myddleton Road, London N22 8NE during opening hours. Please confirm your pickup date and time via contact details below quoting your name and purchase/receipt number.
Items may be returned within 28 days of purchased. This applies to in store or online purchases.
If the item is damaged or faulty, we can issue a refund and re-imburse postage costs when applicable, proof of return postage paid must be provided. We recommend using a tracked return service.
If the item is not faulty / you no longer want it, you can still return your product although we will not cover any postage costs.
Return items must not be used and must be in their packaging. They must not contain any personal data or have been through a registration process.
We cannot accept returns on large furniture items, underwear or swimwear.
If you are not sure what to do please contact us and we can get back to you with a solution for returning your purchased item.
