Refund policy

Items may be returned within 28 days of purchased. This applies to in store or online purchases. 

If the item is damaged or faulty, we can issue a refund and re-imburse postage costs when applicable, proof of return postage paid must be provided. We recommend using a tracked return service.

If the item is not faulty / you no longer want it, you can still return your product although we will not cover any postage costs.

Return items must not be used and must be in their packaging. They must not contain any personal data or have been through a registration process.

We cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear.

If you are not sure what to do please contact us and we can get back to you with a solution for returning your purchased item.

 

Holding Items on Reserve and Storage

My Little Home Emporium are not able to hold items on reserve to be marked as reserved or sold. Payment must be made in full for an item to be taken off sale.

 

If you cannot take the item away or collect immediately, we can hold items for up to 72 hours after which we charge £2 a day storage fee. We can only hold items for a maximum of 7 days, not including first 72 hours.

 

If items are not collected after this time we will place the item back on sale and when you contact us we will refund you money paid for the item less storage fees. If the storage fees are more than the value of the item then we will place the item back on sale in less than 7 days to clear the storage balance due.
